What if it doesn’t work for me?
No worries — we offer a hassle-free return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied or something isn’t right, just contact our customer support team. We’ll guide you through the return process quickly and kindly.
How long does shipping take?
We usually ship your order within 1–2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location:
- USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 4–9 business days
- Gulf & Middle East: 7–12 business days
- Other international orders: 7–14 business days
You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.
How much is shipping? Where do you ship to?
We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Some products may qualify for free shipping — keep an eye out!
Can you tell me more about your shipping process?
Once you place your order, we carefully prepare and pack it in our fulfillment center. After shipping, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can monitor your package until it arrives at your door.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order from your Little Onesie account (if you created one) or directly through the shipping carrier’s website.
Will I pay customs?
In most cases, you will not be charged any customs fees. However, customs charges are out of our control and are dependent on the local government. If your order is subject to customs charges, you will be responsible to pay them.

Yes! All our baby products meet international safety and quality standards. We’d be happy to share specific certificates upon request — just reach out to our support team.
Where are your products made?
Our products are responsibly manufactured in certified facilities across Asia and Europe, depending on the item. Each supplier is vetted for ethical and safe production standards.
Do you offer samples of your product?
We currently offer samples only for wholesale or hospital partnerships. If you’re a parent shopping for your little one, don’t worry — we have a flexible return policy in case something doesn’t suit your needs.
