2、 About Color Difference
Due to various factors such as weather and lighting, as well as differences in display resolution, there may be certain color differences during shooting, which cannot be avoided and is not a quality issue. Our products are all photographed in real objects, providing you with comprehensive picture displays as much as possible.
3、 Freight issue
If the purchase quantity is small, express delivery can be sent. If the quantity is large, logistics can be sent. The cost of express delivery or logistics is borne by the buyer, and the seller does not bear any expenses. (Note: We can only estimate the shipping cost for the buyer on our end. The actual shipping cost on delivery is mainly based on the amount at the time of pickup. We can control the delivery time, but we cannot accurately control the arrival time at the freight station. 4、 Receipt instructions
1. When the buyer of the logistics company picks up the goods themselves, please carefully inspect the goods in front of the logistics and freight company personnel. If you find that the outer box is severely deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are obvious marks of being opened, please unpack and check in person. If any errors are found, please negotiate with the logistics company in person to resolve the compensation. If they cannot be resolved, please do not pick up the goods first, and contact us at the freight station for negotiation; Otherwise, it will be deemed as accepted without objection after signing for it.
2. Buyers who send packages by express delivery are requested to sign in person when signing for the package. Please be sure to check for any missing items or damaged products, especially when the outer packaging is damaged, before signing for delivery. If you find that the quantity does not match or the goods are damaged, please do not sign for delivery immediately and seal them in their original state. Contact us in front of the courier, and we will contact the courier company to resolve the issue; If there is an inaccurate quantity after signing for it, we have the right not to accept it. 5、 About Shipping
Due to our wide business scope (global sales), our factory often experiences product shortages due to the fast delivery of toy products, especially during the peak online sales season when toy sales increase. Therefore, it is not ruled out that there may be some possibility of out of stock after placing an order. Therefore, a delivery time of two to three days is normal, and we will try our best to arrange for early shipment. If there is stock, please try to ship it on the same day as much as possible. If there are some out of stock, please prepare the goods within three days. Thank you for your understanding! The solution to the shortage problem: First, we will contact the consignee, inform them of the reason for the shortage, and obtain their consent to change the style or color.
6、 After sales service
1. If you find any quality issues with our products after signing for them, please make sure to contact our customer service within 12 hours of signing for them, and provide photos and videos. We reserve the right not to handle expired products.
We do not accept returns in principle. If there are quality issues with the product at the factory, we can negotiate for a replacement (most problems can be solved through simple methods such as replacing the battery, adjusting the position of the battery, and connecting the wires...). However, the transportation costs incurred must be borne by the buyer. The replacement product must ensure that it does not affect secondary sales. After receiving the returned product, we will send the replacement together with the customer's next purchase. We cannot accept the situation of sending the replacement together with the next shipment, and the shipping cost will be borne by the customer! Before returning it, you must inform our factory's Wangwang customer service!!!
2. Due to the special nature of toy products and the incompatibility with household appliances, all toy products sold by our company do not implement the three guarantees policy. If there are problems that arise after use, our company does not assume any responsibility. If within our ability, we will help solve these problems, but all related costs incurred will be borne by the customer. Special products shall be handled in accordance with the relevant agreements reached between our customer service personnel and customers.
3. The following conditions are not eligible for returns and exchanges: damaged or incomplete packaging of returned products, incomplete product accessories or related information, unauthorized repair or modification, improper use or storage, and products beyond the after-sales service period.
7、 Product unsold
1. If the product is found to be unsold due to poor market investigation, it can be returned or exchanged at a 10% discount within 30 days, or an equivalent value product can be replaced, so that you have no worries. You only need to bear the round-trip shipping cost and ensure that the product is unopened. For product quality issues, please contact the after-sales customer service for returns and exchanges. Transportation is carried out by third-party logistics companies, which is beyond our control. Any damage caused by transportation reasons will not be borne by us.
